Our Sailing Days

Sailability seeks to enrich the lives of people challenged by any type of physical or intellectual disability, the elderly, and the financially and socially disadvantaged. These are our sailors and our Thursday sessions are essentially for Sylvanvale. Many also come to our Sunday sessions held on the second and forth Sunday's of the month. Click here to find out more

Volunteers Are Always Welcome

We have a fantastic team of volunteers who help us with a range of jobs. We set up a marquee for shade, bring the boats out from the shed, set up the boats and put them into the water, sail the boats, ensure that everyone signs in, operate the radio, drive and observe on the safety boat, and at the end of our day's sailing, do all this in reverse. Our HANSA Dinghies

We sail 5 HANSA 303`s that were kindly donated by several organisations within the community. Cronulla Sailing Club is completely wheelchair accessible right to the water and equipped with a personal hoist for assistance into the boats. We provide a safe environment with the help of our volunteers who give generously of their time. Everyone who ventures onto the water is provided with a life jacket and there is always a support vessel on hand to assist. Click here to find out more
