Sailability Crystal Bay

Sailability Crystal Bay is a "not for profit", volunteer-based organisation which is part of Sailability World in affiliation with Sailability Australia and Sailability New South Wales. Sailability activities cover a broad spectrum, ranging from recreation, therapeutic and competitive activities, from grass-root, entry level through to elite World Championships and Paralympic training.

Volunteers Are Always Welcome

We have a fantastic team of volunteers who help us with a range of jobs. We set up a marquee for shade, bring the boats out from the shed, set up the boats and put them into the water, sail the boats, ensure that everyone signs in, operate the radio, drive and observe on the safety boat, and at the end of our day's sailing, do all this in reverse.
